The Kent – The Inspiration

The Kent is a tribute to my dad, a man whose dedication and hard work shaped our family and inspired us all. Growing up, we learned that success comes from effort, persistence, and the belief that much of our journey is in our own hands.

Our home was a small cedar house on Kent Road, and outside, Dad’s workshop was a world of tools, treasures, and countless pianos. We watched him restore old pianos with love and precision, taking immense pride in the joy of his customers when they saw the results. Whether working from home or on the road, leaving in his leather jacket with his tuning bag, the scents of leather and cedar became etched in our memories — a symbol of dedication, care, and craftsmanship.

The Kent candle captures that same spirit. The warm, grounding notes of cedarwood and leather, balanced with the bright freshness of bergamot, evoke strength, resilience, and purpose. It is a reminder to embrace your own power, work diligently, and shine in your own way.
